Charlotte Research Institute, a portal for business-university partnerships at UNC Charlotte. CRI works within the local, regional and global community to accelerate technology commercialization and the growth of entrepreneurial ventures, and develops intellectual capital through industry, government and academic collaborations.
Five Ventures Conference which is a free competition open to any aspiring entrepreneur with an early-stage high-growth business within the Southeast region of the county. Finalists compete for over $100,000 in cash and in-kind services.
