Samantha joined Cabarrus Economic Development in 2007 and served as Existing Industry Specialist for 7 years before transitioning into her current role as Recruitment Project Manager. Samantha responds to requests for information by submitting suitable available sites and buildings and compiling community information for requests. Sam leverages her years of experience and knowledge to guide each project and offer personalized support to every client. Since 2014, Sam has worked on over a thousand projects. In that same time, Cabarrus County announced over $4.2B in new investment and over 9,000 new jobs.

Samantha is a Cabarrus County native and graduate of Pfeiffer University, with a degree in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.

Samantha prepares overview Project Reports that share the activity of RFPs on a monthly basis.
