Page Castrodale worked for ten years in business and communications before joining Cabarrus Economic Development in 2018. Her experience in business engagement and development, as well as in marketing, gives her a strong understanding of business dynamics within a community.
Page is a North Carolina native and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Samantha Grass started with Cabarrus Economic Development in July of 2007. Samantha served as Existing Industry Specialist for 7 years before transitioning into her current role as Recruitment Project Manager. Samantha responds to requests for information by submitting suitable available sites and buildings and compiling community information for requests. She also coordinates client visits and meetings and manages economic development recruitment projects.
Samantha is a Cabarrus County native and graduate of Pfeiffer University, with a degree in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
Shanell coordinates the day-to-day operations related to departmental activities, including the Cabarrus EDC’s business recruitment, retention and expansion efforts as well as marketing and communications with community leaders, board members and investors.
Shanell is a passionate, versatile, and goal-oriented Program Manager with over seven years of experience supporting the strategic direction of large-scale programs, setting budgets and managing relationships in the public and private sector.
In addition to her passion for the community, Shanell is an avid traveler, who loves exploring new destinations. She is originally from Amityville, Long Island and a graduate of North Carolina Central University.
