The 2025 Cabarrus County Career Connections (C4) Day was more than just a typical career fair—it was an immersive, hands-on experience designed to ignite curiosity and connect high school students with real-world career opportunities. Held on April 2, 2025, at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, the event welcomed hundreds of students eager to explore potential professions and learn directly from local employers.

Throughout the day, students engaged with Cabarrus County businesses across a variety of industries. From interactive demonstrations to one-on-one conversations, students gained valuable insight into career paths, alternative education options, and opportunities for summer jobs, internships, and apprenticeships.

The Cabarrus EDC was proud to support the Cabarrus Chamber as a presenting sponsor along with Cabarrus County Schools and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.

Participating businesses played a key role in educating the next generation of the workforce, helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and career readiness. C4 Day continues to be a vital platform for connecting talent with local opportunity—shaping futures and strengthening our community’s economic growth.
